We offer general assistance with Centrelink matters to help you through any questions or issues that

you might have. You can even authorise us to be able to contact them on your behalf to guide

you through the Centrelink complexities.

Personal Consultations

We offer personal consultations that:

  • Give you answers and peace of mind regarding any questions that you might have.
  • Provide an explanation of entitlements, explain how Centrelink assesses income and assets.
  • Research and assess potential entitlements, including estimating payment amounts and card eligibility.

Update Records

Centrelink requires the regular updating of your records. Doing so may even result in receiving

increased payments however evidence of changes often is required.


Updates to Centrelink may include:

  • Contact details.
  • Financial asset changes inc: new bank balances, new superannuation balances, the purchase or sale of shares, managed funds or other investments, the acquisition of shares units held changing due to dividend reinvestment plans, gifting of assets.
  • Non-financial assets changes inc: changing vehicles or general depreciation, buying or selling a caravan, trailer, boat, etc.
  • Income changes

Age Pension Application

Applying for the Age Pension can be an overwhelming process that can quickly take up a lot of time.

We can take the stress out of the application process for you and navigate you through the various

forms and possible complications. The process involves:

  • A personal consultation.
  • Commencement and completion of Age Pension submission.
  • Arranging evidence documents for your application.
  • Confirmation of receipt of entitlement.

Low income health care card & Commonwealth seniors health card

There are many benefits to having a health care card. People who are not entitled for the Age Pension

due to being a self-funded retiree are often eligible for a health card.


We can provide an explanation of the differences between the Low Income HCC and the

Commonwealth Seniors HC and navigate you through both the application and renewal processes.


Applying and meeting annual renewal requirements can be a time-consuming process and it can be

difficult to acquire all of the required evidence. We can provide you with a personal consultation and

guide you from the very start right through to the confirmation of the receipt of your entitlement.
